Veteran-owned · Family-built

The studio is named after the people it exists for.

JMCA Studios LLC is a Florida web and graphic design company, and it is also a family business. Every letter in the name is someone I love, and every website that leaves this studio carries their standard.

What I saw before I started this

I served in the United States Marine Corps, and when I came home I started doing design work for the businesses around me. What surprised me wasn’t the work — it was the billing. Local owners were being quoted large upfront costs for a website, paying them, and then being left with a sample page, a few paragraphs of filler text, and nobody who would answer when they had a question.

That is a bad deal for a business that is already operating on thin margins. A website should be one of the easiest things on a small-business owner’s plate, not a five-figure gamble with no follow-through. So I built the opposite of that: one flat monthly subscription that covers the design, the hosting, the upkeep and the person you call.

No giant invoice up front, no site that quietly goes stale, no support ticket that disappears. You get a working platform, and you get a neighbor who stands behind it.

The reason any of this matters. Everything I build is for the family in that photo.

Clay County is home. That’s the whole point.

Clay County has been my home for more than twenty years. I know these roads, these towns, these businesses — Orange Park, Middleburg, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, and out into Jacksonville. When I drive past a shop, I’ve usually thought about how I’d make it look better.

I want to do everything I can to support local families and small businesses, and affordable design is how I do that. A good website shouldn’t be something only big companies can afford. It should be something the taco place, the plumber, the barber shop and the boutique on your street can actually pay for — and then have someone real behind it when they need a change.

That’s the standard I’m held to, because my family’s name is on the door.
