When you submit an inquiry, I receive your name, email address, and any business name, phone number, project details, website plan, or showroom design preferences you provide. You can also contact me directly by email or phone.

The services that deliver this site may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times for delivery, security, and diagnostics.

Please don’t include passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry. The contact form is not a payment form.

I use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, prepare a proposal, communicate about services, and maintain business records. Technical information supports site delivery and security.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or authorize marketing text messages. Your phone number is used to respond about your request.

Inquiry details are saved in private records through Lovable Cloud. The site also attempts to send an email notification to Joe@JMCAStudios.net so I can follow up. Hosting, data storage, email, font, and image-delivery providers may process information needed to provide those services.

I do not sell or rent your inquiry information. I share it only as needed to provide services, with your direction, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights and security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own service arrangements.

This site loads resources such as fonts and images from service providers. Requests to those providers can disclose technical information, including your IP address and browser details. Essential cookies or browser storage may be used by the hosting platform for security or session functions.

The current website does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics integration. Showroom design choices are held in the current page session. You can manage cookies and storage through your browser settings; blocking essential resources may affect site functionality.

If optional tracking is introduced, this notice will be updated and any legally required choices will be provided before that tracking is used.

I retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, support a client relationship, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements rather than a single fixed period.

I use reasonable safeguards and restricted access for inquiry records. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided by emailing Joe@JMCAStudios.net. I may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live; I will handle requests as required by applicable law.

You may choose not to submit the form and contact me directly instead. Please tell me if you no longer want follow-up about an inquiry.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact me to request its removal.
