JMCA Studios LLC

Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms describe use of JMCAStudios.net and the offers presented by JMCA Studios LLC, a Florida business owned by Joseph (Joe) Deluca. A project begins with a separate written service agreement—not simply by browsing or sending an inquiry.

1. Website use and inquiries

You may browse this site, explore the showroom, and contact me about services. Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, send spam, or interfere with other visitors’ use of the site.

An inquiry is a request for a conversation. It does not create a subscription, authorize a charge, reserve a launch date, or establish a client relationship. I confirm scope, timing, and service terms with you before work begins.

2. Monthly website plans

The website offers are Essential at $199 per month, Growth at $399 per month, and Premium at $799 per month, with $0 setup and a 12-month minimum. The current inclusions are displayed on the Websites page. You keep your domain.

Before enrollment, the written agreement will identify your plan and included work, billing start date, payment authorization, any applicable taxes or separately approved third-party costs, and how the 12-month commitment works.

Renewal, cancellation notice, early termination, refunds, changes to pricing, and handoff arrangements must be specified in that agreement. This page does not impose an automatic renewal, cancellation fee, or nonrefundable payment policy. Nothing here waives rights provided by applicable law.

3. Custom applications are separate

Custom applications are scoped and quoted individually, with a setup fee and a separate support contract. They are not another website plan and are not included in the monthly website prices.

The written proposal and agreement will describe deliverables, approvals, milestones, payment schedule, ownership and licensing, and ongoing support. Additional work outside the approved scope requires agreement before it is charged.

4. Client content, approvals, and ownership

You are responsible for having permission to use the text, images, logos, and other materials you supply, and for the accuracy and legality of your business information. Please do not send material that infringes someone else’s rights.

Project-specific responsibilities, approval timing, ownership of the completed work, source-file access, third-party licenses, and transfer arrangements are set out in the written agreement. Your domain remains yours; ownership of other project assets is not implied by this website.

5. Showroom demos and studio products

Showroom examples are demos, not client launches or endorsements. Any simulated ordering, scheduling, payment, or account interactions in the showroom are demonstrations, not real purchases or appointments.

Stream Royale is a JMCA studio product, not a client project. Its separate website, chatwars.dev, and any connected platforms govern use of those services through their own applicable terms. References to Twitch or Kick do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Site materials and external services

JMCA branding, original designs, text, and other site materials are owned by JMCA Studios LLC or their respective licensors. Browsing does not grant permission to resell or republish those materials. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

External links are provided for convenience. I do not control third-party sites or their terms, policies, or offerings. Any client integrations and associated charges are addressed in the project agreement.

7. Results and service agreements

This site describes services and examples; it does not guarantee a particular revenue increase, search ranking, or business outcome. Binding deliverables, support commitments, and any warranties or liability provisions belong in the written service agreement. Nothing on this page excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

A signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with these general service descriptions. Submitting a form is not acceptance of subscription billing terms.

8. Privacy and accessibility contact

The Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is handled. Sending an inquiry allows me to respond about that request; it is not consent to marketing messages.

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this site, email Joe@JMCAStudios.net or call (609) 816-2630. Describe the page and the help you need, and I’ll work with you to provide the information or an alternative way to contact me.

9. Updates and questions

Updated website terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes to this page do not by themselves amend an existing signed client agreement. Florida law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you.
